Note: - *NY Strip & B/L tenderloin take place of T-Bone & Porterhouse - Burger Patties - minimum 25 lbs. (1/3# patties will have 3 per pkg. and 1/2# patties will have 4 per pkg.) - One steak per package - .03 per lb. added Stew meat - $.50 per pound - Any changes after order is placed will have a $5.00 charge

The batched products we produce are jerky, snack sticks, summer sausage, brats, all sausage products, hotdogs, bologna, and flavored patties/links.
