Note: - *NY Strip & B/L tenderloin take place of T-Bone & Porterhouse - Burger Patties - minimum 25 lbs. (1/3# patties will have 3 per pkg. and 1/2# patties will have 4 per pkg.) - One steak per package - .03 per lb. added Stew meat - $.50 per pound - Any changes after order is placed will have a $5.00 charge

*NOTICE* Farmers & Customers! We must communicate batching information for certain processed and fresh products while maintaining food standards. The batched products we produce are jerky, snack sticks, summer sausage, brats, all sausage products, hotdogs, bologna, and flavored patties/links.
